A longstanding family owned business, we pride ourselves on our speciality of providing our customers with wholesome, stonebaked breads. Our team of passionate and skilled bakers, combine the art of traditional methods and modern innovations in baking to produce the finest handcrafted bread available to you.
Our products are baked on site daily to ensure premium quality and freshness is maintained. In addition to our artisan breads, we offer a large variety of sourdough loaves, handcrafted pastries and brioche buns. These items are available to you fresh daily from our premises.

Our Breads and Pastries
Every day, we produce a wide range of handcrafted stone-baked breads onsite and deliver them to some of Melbourne’s most loved and well-known restaurants and cafés. We begin with premium ingredients such as stoneground organic and single origin flours as well as the finest quality whole grains and seeds. Next, we incorporate our secret levain formula, an aged sourdough starter that’s been carefully tailored by our family over many years. Eventually, the final result is something that’s truly magical – and utterly delicious.
We also offer our delicious range of brioche buns and sliders, both of which are versatile ingredients in any restaurant kitchen. On request, we can also incorporate on-trend flavours such as beetroot, turmeric and spirulina into your brioche buns if you feel like sprucing up your menu with some interesting twists.
We also offer a mouth-watering range of handcrafted pastries, from buttery escargots through to delicious jam-filled bombolinis. Just like our signature breads, our pastries are made with the finest ingredients such as Belgian butter and chocolates; we also use fresh seasonal fruits and all our fillings are made in-house, from our creamy custards through to our delectable ganaches.
Our classic pastry range encompasses flaky croissants, from the traditional plain, almond and chocolate varieties through to innovative options such as charcoal. You will also find a selection of seasonal fruit danishes and freshly baked muffins to round out our extensive pastry offerings.
Café & Bakery
Our range of handcrafted stone-baked breads and delicious pastries are also available for purchase at our cafe and bakery site at 318 Clayton Road, Clayton.
Our retail section showcases our best selling range of wholesome stone baked breads including our sourdough loaves and brioche buns along with our delectable handmade pastries. You can purchase your favourite items to take away and enjoy at home. Alternatively, you sit back and relax in our cafe to enjoy a pastry or two with a cup of freshly brewed coffee.
