HANDCRAFTED STONE-BAKED BREADS USING LEVAIN
At The Grain Emporium, all our breads are made using the finest ingredients and methods that will ensure the best bake. We start our breads by using some great organic flours, which we add our levain to. The levain is a natural sourdough starter that we have had in our business for twenty years. We mixed together all the ingredients and then hand shape the breads, before baking them on stone to ensure you get the best crust. All our sourdough breads taste beautiful and can be enjoyed as is, or you can toast it to give it another taste and texture profile.
